movie magic on the streets of new york!

Get your cameras ready!

This is “the place they shot that really sad scene in that movie about motherhood where the mother and daughter break down and cry.”

  2. I know you were hoping for some hint of recognition in regard to your post– or a witty retort. And in truth, the “old me” would have tried to give you what i thought you’d want — because, well, yes, I was “codependent.”. But I’m over that now so forget it.

I’m writing to say thar it was only in 2010 that I boyj discovered and simultaneously lost “Michael and Michael”. Now I know you’re going to say “welcome to the party.”. Right? Followed by, How do you think I feel? {I read your bio; I think you feel just fine, actually. And also, congrats as I think I read something about your pending nuptials.

    But I digress.

The point is, I was in a car accident in 2009 (I’m fine, OK.). But I got a little distracted. And I know I’m ten years too late. But did they not see the iconic potential of Michael and Michael? Did they not see the show was f-ing brilliant and original — ? Did not one executive at Comedy Central try to fight for the show to give it time to spread the word ? Had you (or MIB) begun to doubt yourself ? So you couldn’t really muster the “chutzpah” to stand up for it in the facd of it losing money or mot meeting expectation.

I know you’re thinking, Claudia.. Move on! I did.

I’m trying Michael. And I’ll get there. But it isn’t merely the loss of the show, but the fact that mediocrity seems to win 9 times out of 10- and it’s a bummer.
