No one likes crime, right? Of course smoking is bad for you, we all know that. But are you willing to go so far as to turn it into a criminal act? I live near Santa Monica, where they have recently banned smoking in OUTDOOR spaces. I can't even smoke on my own balcony in my own apartment. This is stupid.
